LondonSME Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through londonsme.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Enquiry data: name, business name, email, phone, website address and message, when you complete a form, email us or call us.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, via analytics cookies (only if you accept them).
- Client data: information needed to deliver services you have bought, under our contract with you.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the free review you asked for (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
- To deliver services you have bought and to invoice you (contract).
- To improve the website (legitimate interests, with your consent for analytics cookies).
- To send occasional marketing to business contacts, from which you can opt out at any time (legitimate interests, in line with PECR).
Who we share it with
Our delivery partner, Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., processes client project data under a written agreement with appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We also use hosting, email, form and CRM providers as processors. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data for 12 months if you do not become a client; client data for the duration of our contract plus 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@londonsme.co.uk to exercise any right.
